We also believe that the majority of problems and failures starts from negligent, formal attitude in companies. There are almost no processes in an organisation – be it cooperation among colleagues or a collaboration among managers and specialists, collaboration in sales, customer service and other business processes – all that includes the initial attitude of a colleague.
Attitude can create or destroy. We know that many people, while doing their work or cooperating with someone, be it a colleague or a client, are not always aware of their attitude they express during this process.
