1. Who we are
The seller is Studio Galata Ltd, registered in England and Wales under number 13331940, VAT number 382542195, registered office 92 Pymmes Green Road, London, England, N11 1DD, United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected].
2. Scope
These terms apply to purchases of recorded masterclasses (digital content) and live online sessions on Zoom platform. They apply to individuals buying for personal use (consumers). Purchases by businesses are covered in section 9.
3. Our products
Each product page describes the product: topic, length, language and format of the recording. Access is through account / private link / platform. You need a device with an internet connection and a current browser.
Our products are for personal and professional development. We do not promise particular business or personal results, because these depend on what you do with the content.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in EUR on the product page and include VAT where it applies. You pay at the time of the order. Payments are processed by Stripe, with the methods shown at checkout: card or bank transfers. We do not add costs that were not shown before you pay.
5. How an order works
You place the order by clicking the button marked “Buy now” after the final price is shown. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email. The email includes your access details, your invoice, a copy of these terms and the withdrawal information.
6. Access, delivery and live sessions
Recordings. Access starts immediately after payment and lasts 12 months from the date of purchase. After that, access ends. If you cannot access what you bought, write to [email protected] and we will fix it.
Live online sessions. Each session page shows the date, time, length, language and how to join, using Zoom. We send you the joining details by email after your order. If we cancel or move a session, we offer you a new date or a full refund. If you cannot attend, you can cancel for a full refund up to 7 days before the session. After that, no refund is given / you may join a later session. Your statutory rights, described in the Withdrawal and Refund Policy, are not affected.
7. Licence and use
What you buy is for your personal use. You may not share your access, copy, record, publish or resell the content. All rights in the content remain with us. We may suspend access if these rules are broken.
8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw in the cases and ways described in the Withdrawal and Refund Policy below.
9. Business customers
If you buy as a business, the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers does not apply. We do not offer a right to withdraw or return for purchases by businesses. Section 10 on faulty content or content not as described still applies.
10. Faulty content or content not as described
If the content does not work or does not match the product page, contact us. We will correct the problem, or reduce the price or refund you as the law requires. This is separate from the right of withdrawal, and your other statutory rights remain.
11. Complaints and dispute resolution
If you have a question or complaint about our products or services, write to [email protected]. We will reply within 14 days and make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter directly with you.
If we cannot resolve your complaint, we will tell you so in writing, for example by email. We will also give you the name and website address of an approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider that could deal with it, and tell you whether we are prepared to use that provider.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live also remain in force.
13. Changes
We may change these terms. The version shown at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
14. Privacy
How we use your data is explained in our Privacy Notice.
Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Your right. If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
Digital content with immediate access. Before paying, we ask you to agree that we start providing the content immediately and to confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal once access begins. If you agree, the right ends when access starts. If you do not agree, you cannot buy the recording, because we could not provide it during the 14-day period.
How to withdraw. Write to [email protected] with your name, the product and the order date.
Refund. If you withdraw in time, we refund the price within 14 days of receiving your notice. We send the money back to the payment method you used, through Stripe, at no cost to you.
Other rights. If the content is faulty or not as described, section 10 of the Terms of Sale applies, even if you can no longer withdraw.
Live online sessions. You can also withdraw from a live session within 14 days of buying it. If the session takes place within those 14 days, we ask you to confirm that you want it to start and that you understand you lose the right to withdraw once it has been fully provided. If you withdraw after a session has started but before it is complete, you pay a proportionate amount for what you received. For cancelling a session you cannot attend, see section 6.
